Hmm, the instructions do sound familiar, but I swear there was something about state of mind and just because the act of assault could have resulted in death didn’t mean that’s what the defendant intended. We had to be certain of his state of mind beyond a reasonable doubt, and unfortunately just because the assault nearly resulted in her death was insufficient evidence to prove that he wanted to kill her. ---

This fits in with my belief that more ciswomen (by at least 1 order of magnitude) will be humiliated, assaulted, or driven away from sports by anti-trans attacks than would be similarly harmed by transwomen being allowed to live freely. ---

Reality and targeted reportage have absolutely nothing to do with each other. For every story they might hear bout when an innocent woman is accosted for supposedly being mail, the media they are addicted to because it tells them what they want to hear will spread many more unattributed tales of menfolk sneaking in to harass young girls. ---

I’ve taken a piss next to a trans woman, I have invited women into the mens when their queues got crazy long… it is just genitalia. Plus the women use the stalls, not the urinal. And almost exactly zero people are into the specific fetish of entering women’s toilets to use the enclosed, private stalls in order to… uh… stand around looking awkward. The vast majority are there to urinate and get back to the party (or whatever) (That said, given the reputed state many women’s toilets are said to be in, I’d choose the mens every time) ---
