A book banner with a handicapped kid who believes in “scared straight” discipline. Decent bet she calls herself some flavor of Christian and lurves her some “family values”. All those things ought to be offenses. They’re certainly offensive to any notion of what a modern civilization should be. ---

When one political party has embraced anti-Semitism from its top, Trump, down to its lowest camp follower in ways that range from mildly anti-Semitic tropes to unabashed ‘Kill all Jews’ anyone that’s surprised by this isn’t paying attention. ---
