Five of the ten above-the-fold stories are about shootings, and you have to scroll past three more stories about drugs, domestic violence, and rock-throwing before you even find out that Bill Anders died here this weekend. When I played the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, at one point you could go through training in how to successfully do a PIT maneuver. It was fascinating. NBC news had this story tonight. Apparently some American college professors who were just hanging out in a park in China were stabbed by some bad actor there.
