That’s chilling. And, thankfully, the attempted perp is none too bright in tactics, since he was talking about it to anyone who would listen. This part, though: > Prieto also told the confidential source and undercover agents that he would show “no mercy, no quarter,” telling them that they could not “have any feeling, they’re not people. They’re monsters as far as I’m concerned.” Something about that says to me that he knows they’re people, they’re just people he wants to kill. It wouldn’t be as enjoyable if they really were non-human monsters. Like I said, chilling. ---
