Jeez. Alex Jones is totally being a dick. He went into the courtroom today saying the judge is a liar. The judge told him to stop chewing gum, and he said he was just feeling a hole in his jaw where a tooth had been pulled, and did she want to look? And she said, “I don’t want to see the inside of your mouth”. One of the Sandy Hook parents was testifying that Jones said that she was an actress, and she said, “Do I look like an actress?” And Jones said, in open court, “I don’t think you’re an actress,” and the judge told him to stop talking to the witness. Jones’s lawyer than told the judge that Jones wanted to talk to her, and she said no. ---

Here’s where I call bullshit. > "Right now we’re looking at this as a civil matter,” Officer John Lacy told McClatchy News. “We’re not looking at this as a criminal matter because this was a mistake that they made. They were supposed to get another home and were supposed to rip up that roof but they got the addresses switched.” They didn’t mistakenly flee and leave the house to the mercy of the elements and all potential damage once they realized the mistake. They didn’t mistakenly choose to not in any way contact the homeowner of the wrong house, say, by leaving a note at the front door with an apology and contact info to try to make it right. I’d say that those all point to criminal negligence. This is like saying that a hit and run isn’t a criminal matter because the driver didn’t strike someone on purpose. ---
