That was part of what made me think that the letter writer had no idea of how 24/7 stations operate…perhaps he was thinking of volunteer operations where most of the crew has to drive to the station. Or maybe he was just being a huge jerk. Who gets mad at firefighters?? ---

A school board meeting in the nearby (to me) city of Virginia Beach turned heated when parents and school board members accused people trying to keep books with diverse viewpoints in school libraries of being “porn peddlers” and “groomers”.
