Anybody know how legal issues/arrests/charges work in Romania? He’s apparently been released, so is that it? I would love to hear that he will not get off the hook easily. ---

Maybe I am mistaken about him being released. I thought I read that, but Reuters posted a story about an hour ago that is written as if he is still detained. So confused. There’s a video of him being released from an earlier arrest. It’s being promoted by his followers as the current arrest. ---

Okay, that explains some of my confusion then. I’m seeing stuff that says released, no charges, but it’s Tate trolls. ETA: I’ve heard of him vaguely and what a trashpot he is but didn’t know he’d been arrested before and exactly what all he was doing, just that he was a big fat misogynist with a following. ---

I assume that the 24 hours on that isn’t up yet, and that the lawyer is claiming that he will _only_ be detained for 24 hours. Though how a 24 hour detention isn’t considered to be an arrest I don’t understand. ---
