New York City has some kind of weird formula to calculate assessed value in which a home with a market value of $140,000 gets assessed at $6,700. [Here’s a link to the page](https://www1.nyc.gov/site/finance/taxes/property-determining-your-assessed-value.page). | EXAMPLE OF A 1-3 FAMILY HOME | YEAR 1 | YEAR 2 | YEAR 3 | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Market Value | 100,000 | 150,000 | 140,000 | | Assessed Value if increases were not capped | 6,000 | 9,000 | 8,400 | | Assessed Value with Caps on Increases | 6,000 | 6,360 | 6,741 | ---

The headline suggests that she’s being disbarred for “spitting on a cop”, but the article reveals a _lot_ of charges brought against her over the last year, including “aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a law enforcement officer and domestic violence battery”, not to mention violating restraining orders and bond conditions. The woman has some serious anger management issues. ---

It definitely _looks like_ this stupid MFer murdered his wife.
