Yes, but HemisFares™ Sausage & Fennel Ragu with Barolo Wine Pasta Sauce (my favorite) disappeared from Kroger shelves during the Trump Administration, which was unforgiveable. The least Biden could do is fix these horrible supply chain glitches through a Presidential Proclamation. ---

A guy on a jet Blue flight from New York to San Francisco snorted something white out of a plastic bag, refused to wear a mask, walked the aisle without shoes, and made sexual suggestions to female passengers. That was a nothing burger of an article. Was it something he said on the air, or an argument he had with management? Was he reading the news and made a comment? Is he a talk show host? Was it a jokey comment? Was it a serious thought piece? Was it a shock jock rant? Was it part of a bit? ---

He basically said that non-binary is bullshit, and Demi Lovato is just a very confused and troubled woman (hsi words, not mine). He railed against wokeness and said that later that his boss called and told him he was out of line. He fake quit after that, but later said that he expects to be back on the air tomorrow (today). ---

Setting aside the question of whether his BS about Lovato deserves further consequences, it’ll be interesting to see how he handles the next non-binary news tidbit to come his way. Which there is sure to be. IOW, is the on-air rebuke from management real, or part of the station’s schtick to attract the _angry white men_ demographic? And if the former, will it stick? ---

I suspect the rebuke from management (I thought it occurred off air) is real, but toothless. He’s the biggest money maker for the station, and they know it. With the music he plays, he’s not attracting the angry white men demographic any time soon. ---

I don’t know any of the details. By “on-air rebuke” I was really meaning rebuke that promptly became known to the audience. As in this wasn’t handled quietly in an office 2 hours after he was off the air then later leaked to the press. Sorry to overstate the case. ---

This supports my theory that the Cold War conspiracy era is gone. All the classic stories like UFO encounters, Bigfoot sightings, Communist infiltrations, JFK assassinations, and the New World Orders, have faded into obscurity. The smarter you are, the easier it is to rationalize your position and find reasons why contrary evidence doesn’t really count. Their minds may well be salvageable if we can stop them mainstreaming the dangerous drug most every waking minute. But as long as they are “high” on OANN, etc., they will be mind damaged. And will behave accordingly in severely antisocial ways. That does not, under either our jurisprudence or my own ethical standards, excuse their behavior even a little bit. But it does show that the fix, to the degree there is one, must come from stopping the production and distribution of the dangerous drug by the few, rather than stopping the addictive and addicted consumption of it by the many.
