I read it. That stuff fascinates me, so I wasn’t too grossed out. And I hadn’t realized that – OK, I guess some people are grossed out so I’ll spoiler it – but I found it interesting in itself; though when I think about it, it does make some sense. swallowing eggs can result in parasites not only in the digestive system, which I knew, but also elsewhere in the body, including even the brain. Some chunk of my head wasn’t thinking and was misinterpreting the blood brain barrier; but I think maybe the worms aren’t travelling through the blood vessels, but outside them. ---

I saw a similar case on a show about werird things seen in the ER. This woman picked up the parasite during a vacation in the tropics. No one could find it at first and thought she was crazy. Yeah, ick. ---
