A man tried to paddle from Florida to London in a homemade vehicle he called a “bubble.” He was stopped by the Coats Guard and threatened to blow himself up, but after three days surrendered. There are times when everybody would be better served by letting the dude go do his thing. That way the only expense/hassle is picking up the tattered remains of his bubble when they float ashore. ---
