Hmmm. That sounds really fun. This here isn’t quite Indo-Mex fusion. These folks make only Indian main dishes, so no carnitas or refried beans or yellow rice. And you can get the usual Indian main courses served as a plate w the usual Indian accompaniments of seasoned basmati, naan, rotis, samosas, etc,. Or you can have your meal sorta more as a pick-it-up taco style lunch. Very interesting. ---

I stay very far away from all scandinavian biological weapons. In head to head matches I believe the rankings are: Surströmming Lutefisk Hakarl Lutefisk and hakarl could switch places, but Surströmming is always top. ---
