FWIW the [Nassar-case-specific Pit thread](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/go-to-hell-larry-nassar-michigan-state-university-and-the-us-olympic-gymnastics-program/807266/146) was revived today so additional and/or more focused venting can also happen there (never enough venues).
