Not sure where to put this. It’s not really stupid and not really evil, but, IMO, it is wrong. The Valedictorian at Bishop Carroll High School in Wichita had his status as valedictorian removed after he delivered a graduation speech that had not been approved by school officials. His initial speech was rejected, then a revision was approved. However, he decided to give his own speech, which was well-received by his fellow grads and the audience. The school, however, took a dim view of his message. That’s not a huge container ship, as the big ships go, it’s smaller than most. In fact, it’s downright tiny. It’s an itty bitty little container ship, I want to pinch it’s little cheeks! ---

So they want to takee away his validictorian-ness? If I were him, I’d say, keep it. It doesn’t count for anything that day after graduation. Your transcripts, that matters. ---
