I blame Osaka for having a sewer and water system that they are struggling to afford necessary upgrades for. How stupid! ---

I’m not a college football fan, but even I know that there’s no benefit to getting rid of the lower weights. That’s not actually a lot of money (no matter what the currency) for a municipal water/sewer system for a city of nearly 3 million people. That is, it’s a lot for someone to give, but it’s not a lot compared to the overall cost. And they received the donation a month ago. ---
