I like the fact he claims to have been grievously injured yet waited 11 months after the incident to file a lawsuit. I live not far from the plaintiff and Iā€™m quite familiar with the rampant lawyer advertising around here. I suspect he only recently found some ambulance chaser desperate enough to take this hopeless case. ---
