# Omnibus Stupid MFers in the news thread (Part 2)

This is stupid, but stupid in the tragic sense, not the ignorant belligerence sense:  
 **[‘She was amazing’: 18-year-old dies after falling at California dam](https://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/isabella-fanuele-california-dam-22348125.php)**.

Now that’s tragic: promising teen fell off the _underside_ of a highway bridge over the gorge just downstream of a dam. What were the teens doing hanging out under a bridge over a gorge? The usual dumb stuff teens do.
