With regards to the insults if they are accurate or at least clever, which admittedly Morgenstern’s was, I can appreciate them. You, however, I haven’t even interacted with that I can recall in any debate and are just being an ornery, condescending, douche who has no idea what he’s talking about. And you are being a rude potty mouth not out of any sense of being wronged but merely because you can. Following a poster around and constantly posting stupid insults over and over in my perspective is internet stalking and jerkish. Sad! Furthermore, I do not appreciate your cultural appropriation of the word snowflake. ---

I now have him classified as “troll”. He’s one of the more literate ones (not by much, but still) but I bestow the Official Troll Award after several sightings of classic troll behavior: when presented with facts that totally refute his argument, the **Okra** just ignores them and carries on fighting against easier arguments. An actual non-troll human or even a more sophisticated style of troll might actually acknowledge the facts and even modify his argument, and an honest poster certainly would. The **Okra** clearly has no interest whatsoever in discussion. ---

Well one of the problems I’ve noted in discussing things with certain people on the right is that they have ideas that they’re absolutely convinced of that no amount of logic or real world evidence will change. The the Magical Thinking of the Free Market. Or the idea that we liberals think in a certain way or have certain (alway evil) intentions and motivations. Or that tax cuts ALWAYS produce more revenue. ---

The **Okra** clearly has no interest whatsoever in discussion. Unfortunately, that’s also a strategy used by some to maintain their beliefs in the face of legitimate questions. Just don’t acknowledge they exist. I lean towards thinking **Okra** is the real deal. Though his style does mean I have him on ignore. I know I’m not going to miss any decent arguments, and can always read the quotes from people who reply to him if I want to see the bad ones. ---

Okay, I just have to know to whom the term “snowflake” supposedly belongs culturally. Eskimos? I belong to an etiquette message board where “special snowflake” has been used for at least ten years. I assumed the term originated on that board. Recently I’ve started seeing it all over the place. ---
