Our old and aptly named friend **spamforbrains** is now opining that [lawns are the work of the devil beloved only by old men](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=798882). She was apparently hooked up with someone but it turned out he liked lawns, so of course she dumped him. Although as an astute poster pointed out, “it’s grass or ass, nobody rides for free” may have some bearing on it as grass and ass may also be mutually exclusive. The sheer stupidity of the anti-lawn rant is kind of mildly entertaining. ---

Why does anyone even respond to Pearl Clutching Provocateur? I mean, look, I get the whole “responding to probable trolls” thing because sometimes their shit is worth shooting down even if they’re probably not sincere, but come on, they even have provocateur in their name! What they post is usually so transparently insane nobody who isn’t already immersed in internet conspiracy theorist far-right viewpoints could take it seriously. ---
