I don’t do it as much anymore, but I have often responded to people I think are trolls. I try to drop hints, but it’s hard to do with the rules as tight as they are. I mostly don’t open the threads at all if I can tell by the title now, though. So I don’t know if people seem to be feeding the troll or not, and thus have no reason to say anything. ---

There is a strain of evangelism I kinda like, the kind Jimmy Carter manifests. All about the “good news”, the love, the forgiveness, and not so much about God made you gay and now He hates you for it. That’s not something to worship, that’s just a grade or two above Cthulu! ---

There’s no reason for the second paragraph to be a separate paragraph, let alone a sentence (and it’s all one sentence). It should be joined with the previous sentence. I’m pretty sure the two sentences together would definitely give you the longest sentence ever written. For anyone using a CRT, the resulting solid wall of text could be used as a test pattern for geometry adjustments, thus proving that every post, no matter how humble, has some value. ---
