I dunno, a 9/11 troll can help to knit the community together. I haven’t been on the same side of things with Shodan and Clothahump and Magiver on pretty much anything on this board, but here we all are, discovering that we do in fact have common ground. ---

I thought [this thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=839202) by **Okrahoma** was going to be a confession. The WaPo has an [article](https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/democracy-post/wp/2017/10/17/how-the-russians-pretended-to-be-texans-and-texans-believed-them/?utm_term=.43b1dc7a4409) about a Russian Facebook group named Heart of Texas. Again mentions poor English language skills as a red flag. Trump voters aren’t really good at noticing those kind of things. ---

I notice **Jay\_Jay** has the same name as another poster, **jayjay**. I wonder how long before he’s asked to change his name. If he sticks around, that is. ---

I don’t know if I’ve had as much fun lately as I have watching **Jay\_Jay** try not to ask another question… I mean, I knew he couldn’t answer the questions that others had asked him, but I figured behaving would be nearly impossible. And I was not disappointed. (If I had super mod powers for a week, I’d drop into a **Shodan** thread and say “Ok, no ‘Regards’ for the rest of the week.” And no one could use a Liberal straw man in a thread, so **Brickie** and **Starvin’** might be out… and I’d buy a Mjolnir-sized banhammer for anyone who threw anything in a quarry.) ---
