The poster receives a PM notifying him of the warning and it will show up in his infraction tab. (It will also show up in his email if he has PM notifications on.) I didn’t know what the exact mechanism was. **D’ansonia** : I was half-temped to defend your position since there is no way for us regular posters to see a warning was issued, and posters here, including the mods, regularly make a big deal about the difference between a warning and mod note.
