Cranberry Waffles. Make up your favorite batter, mix in all your leftover cranberry sauce, cook as usual. Yum! Alternate: mix batter as usual, stir in 1 cup of fresh cranberries. cook as usual. The tartness offsets the maple syrup nicely. ---

How about turkey, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, fresh tomatoes, on crusty bread. Grilled or pressed until the cheese is gooey. So good. ---
