_shrug_ I don’t know if I’d call **adaher** a troll, as such - just relentlessly partisan. Actually, it’s always been my assumption that he works for the Republican part in some capacity or other. ---

The thing about the “safe space” allegation is that it’s always used in situations where it’s clear that someone is being attacked. And that’s the literal opposite of a “safe space.” In a safe space, you are just kicked out. I honestly think that **Ramira** is just confused, perhaps due to the language barrier. The nuances of posts eludes her. But, rather than realize this and play it more safe, she goes in guns blazing, using whatever buzzwords seem to fit. Even when she is informed that she misunderstood, she doubles down. We can easily see how **adaher** was trolling. He brought up an old nothing story, and sensationalized it almost to the point of parody. His post was clearly about riling people up. That said, given his normal behavior, I actually think he’s just easily duped by right-wing trolling, and then releases his outrage here. Because normally he seems more reasonable. It’s only when he’s posting something that’s got him riled up that he seems to troll. I’m rather sure that the story he brought up is making the rounds in conservative outrage spheres. (The source he linked sure seemed to be one.) I personally appreciate the notification, since I don’t like to hang out in those places (as I find it hard to not get angry when deluged in that stuff[li]). And it’s easy to refute. I just wish he wouldn’t fall for it.[/li] [SUP]And I’m sure that’s _entirely_ unexpected.[/SUP] ---

As someone who does think this thread and its application of the term “troll” has drifted too far from the original intent/meaning of both, I must say that your whining here about the correct definition and usage of “troll” is rather tedious.
