Man, I can’t tell you how glad I am for the persistent and consistent moderation on this board. I’m a member of a multiple thousand member Facebook group whose #1 rule is “Don’t be a dick”, and yet there’s this core group of alt-right assholes who appear to be completely unmoderated in that group. Insults, jerkish behavior, politics (also not allowed), whatever. Just never gets moderated. Anyone else gets jumped on, FAST. I asked the admins about it and they just shrug and say I should have a thicker skin. :rolleyes: Or block people. :dubious: And one of the Admins seems to have a thing for immediately notifying some of those people when there’s any word said against them. ---

That’s my point: A total douche isn’t necessarilly a troll and a troll isn’t necessarilly a total douche. So screaming troll every time someone disagrees with you is fucking stupid. Can we just stop replying to posters like this? Insulting them just gives them the attention they’re desperately striving for, so they keep saying idiotic things to get more. I hate it when good threads devolve into “Nuh, uh, you’re the moron!” It seems to be happening a lot lately, but no one has the self-control to just stop replying to people like this. ---
