Hell he doesn’t know where he’s going. He is just spouting the most radical things he’s reading on YouTube. He hasn’t a clue what he’s talking about, he is trying to get attention, IMO. ---

You can print your own Race Card at home nowadays, so long as it has the barcode, you’re good. ---
