HurricaneDitka demonstrates that he does not have a clue about how the straw man fallacy works or a troll: So I said that, regarding emergency declarations: … “The point stands, there are many ways to fund and get a congress that will not do much by enforcing compliance about current rules or some tweaks to enhance them.” Like when Obama declared an emergency about swine flu in 2009.
