I like hummus, I think, but I never know what to serve it with. Veggie sticks? Toasted pita bread? Corn chips? What is your opinion? Anyone have a good banana bread recipe? (assuming that’s not a contradiction in terms for you) ---

Stick to pita chips for the hummus; bake or broil a slice of apple and a slice of cheese (Swiss or American, as you wish) on top of the mini-toasts. Yum City. ---

On those rare times I pair cheese and apples I’ve only used sharp cheddar. Haven’t tried Swiss before. ---

Can’t find 'em anymore. Stonefire brand Mini Naan is my go-to nowadays. Any naan is fine, of course; that’s just what I get at Costco every week. ---

You get a freshly-baked pita (by which I mean, no more than 12 hours old), you tear off a piece, and you use it to wipe your hummus. That’s it. That’s the only right way to do it. That is all. ---
