**octopus** isn’t a Nazi; he’s just been frequently willing to handwave away fascist behaviors by Republicans even when they’re straight out of the Nazi playbook, but has accused Antifa of being “the real fascists” for behaviors that don’t hold a candle to what the right-wing are doing. Which is why he’s considered a disingenuous asshole. That, and his claims that we’re persecuting him because of “freedom of expression” rather than just holding him accountable for things he’s actually said (which is _so unfair_). In other news, it looks like [someone’s spending a month in the drunk tank to sober up](https://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=886570). He also doesn’t appear to be much of a fan of **octopus**. ---
