Bolding mine. I probably didn’t read this correctly, so - he somehow, then, created a bloody, leaking hole in himself?  
And…_how_…did he create this bloody, leaking hole in himself in the first place?  
I guess I could have read the thread, but my spidey sense says that wouldn’t have provided any answer. I’m hoping he was trying to out-Ron Obvious himself by attempting psychic surgery on his stomach.

A deranged, unstable mind wants to know.

(this is reminding me of a splendidly gruesome Joyce Carol Oates short story - title escapes me)
