It has a very annoying posting style, because it does not seem to understand the quote button. Here are two consecutive posts:

See the “c #24” thing? That is short for “clairobscur, post #24”

Then there is [the bit starting from here](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=20048634#post20048634), where it prates on pedantically about word origins, to no end but to cruft up the thread.
