I thought a Betty was the one who brought the scotch (and chocolate), or is that the difference between a Betty and “a real Betty”?

A link to the report is appreciated: [Why do your legs tremble uncontrollably sometimes when rock climbing?](http://www.straightdope.com/mailbag/mclimb.html) Since it is a Staff Report and not one of Cecil’s columns, Arnold will be moving it soon to [Comments on Staff Reports or Mailbag Answers](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/forumdisplay.php?forumid=6)

As predicted by the ever helpful **bibliophage** , this thread is leaving the «[**Comments on Cecil’s Columns**](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/forumdisplay.php?forumid=1)» forum and going to visit my colleague **CKDextHavn** in the «[**Comments on Staff Reports or Mailbag Answers**](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/forumdisplay.php?forumid=6)» forum. I should also note that **Dr.Pinky** had the courtesy to inform me of the mistaken forum via e-mail. If only all posters were as dedicated!
