Kinda sorta here, but Charlie Day, of _It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia_ is real-life married to Mary Elizabeth Ellis, who plays his unreciprocated love interest, The Waitress, in the show. ---

Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion from _Castle_ dated several years ago. Some think this has lead to the current weirdness in the show, with them not appearing together much (or even appearing in an episode at all). But they supposedly broke up in 2012 and the problem got bad only this season. BTW, the Galecki/Cuoco thing is widely considered to have been fake. Much like Galecki/Gilbert. ---
