Wednesday, the 16th day of September, 1970 at 4.10 pm. I was exactly 3 weeks late, my cousin being born on what was supposed to be my birthday…Doctors played golf on Wednesdays…my mother’s obstetrician was paged off the course… ---

Ash wednesday. _Really_ full of woe 😉 Currently friday is winning- which supposedly will be increasingly the case, as hospitals apparently prefer to induce or schedule caesarians on fridays, to reduce the weekend stress. ---
