They rarely talked back to me either when I was a kid. Just rocked back and forth with the same stupid expression on their face while I punched and punched. You’d think it would get old eventually, but it never did. The “dishonesty” for which I am being punished (and how cruel and unusual a punishment it is— somewhere between the Comfy Chair and detention in a toy store) was an unwillingness to accompany **b84** on one of his frequent and interminable red herring expeditions. One of the many occasions when he pulled his underwear over his head and went into Socratard mode, confident of his ability to distill a complex issue down into a single yes-or-no “gotcha” question if only humored a few hundred times. He is clearly a person with many problems, one of which is a mistaken perception that he is much smarter than he is. The rest of his issues either derive directly from, or are exacerbated by that unfortunate failing. ---

I would challenge you to show me a post where I have (substatively) engaged with someone on my “ban” list, but what difference does it make? ---
