# One afternoon/evening in Wilmington, NC - what to do?

I’m heading out to my family’s beach house in NC next week for spring break. At the end of the week, I’ll be in Wilmington, NC for one afternoon/evening (Saturday, March 13), before I head back on Sunday.

So, what must I do? What should I try not to miss? What restaurant(s) should I check out. I’m staying downtown.

Any suggestions for that, or for other things to do that week that are in or around Cape Fear would be appreciated!

I was going to mention that! Lots and lots of rare, deadly poisonous snakes. I went a couple of years ago and enjoyed it (but I watched a couple of obviously phobic people leave in a rush, so it’s not for everyone)

The battleship USS North Carolina is right downtown, if you’re into that sort of thing.
