# One ego, in need of stroking

I’m suffering from the “Got-De-Hired-From-The-Radio-Station-When-It-Got-Bought” blues. So, I’m looking for work. Ideally, I’d like to work at a recording studio (on-air work is NOT for me. I bore too easily), but I don’t have a lot of music mixing experience. I’ve done some, and I’d like to know what you people think.

The stuff I’ve mixed has been stuff I’ve written. I only have mastered copies of two of my five songs, and, should you feel so inclined, you can listen to them [here](http://www.mp3.com/shakenmoneymakersynd). Are they decent songs? Are they well-produced? What do you think? I’m looking for critiques, not “Bah! This crap sucks!”

If you feel like taking on the songs themselves, bear in mind that they were written almost 10 years ago. I learned how to play guitar, and wrote a total of five songs:

_(When The Soap Gets In My Pisshole,) It Makes Me Want to Cry_  
_(I Am Spanking My Own Ass Cuz) I’m So Bad To You_  
_Oh, Yeah_  
_Curvee_  
and, what I consider to be my masterpiece,  
_Johnny Has ADD_

Lyrics on request (except for _Spanking_. I don’t recall the words to that one, apart from the line “My masochistic masturbation proves my love is true”.)

Is my stuff any good? Could I find a career in the recording industry? Or, should I just keep working at McDonald’s forever?
