**Shagnasty** : Airplane II had many of the same stars, but not the same writing and directing teams – check it out on iMDB. I’m prettyy astonished not only that Airplane II turned out as good as it did, but that it was able to keep up the same sort of manic style. Most films where they change such major horses in midstream can’t do that – look at RoboCop and RoboCop II. ---
