A) Nachos Supreme or B) Stuffed Peppers My wife makes kick-ass versions of both, and those are the two choices she’s laid out for me today. But, I can’t seem to decide…help! ---

nachos, go for the nachos. that sounds really good. Although, I now have a hankering for enchiladas. On the Con Agra board someone mentioned cheating and using the premade taquitos, salsa and cheese to make sort of enchiladas, and I am pretty certain we have eveerything we need… ---

[/QUOTE] Are they stuffed Bell peppers? I’d go for them mostly because finger food is usually my second choice, but also becuase I like stuffed peppers a lot. ---

Nachos. That’s what we’re having. We’re making nachos, guacamole (no more homemade pico de gallo ☹ the homegrown tomatoes ran out!) and watching the Red Sox. ---

I don’t want to live in a world where that wouldn’t be looked at as a filling, well-rounded meal. ---
