What is the only word in the english language that changes pronunciation when it’s capitalized??? ---

I protest. Those are different words. A correct answer would have the same meaning, but a different pronunciation, when capitalized as a result of being the first word in a sentence. ---

There’s a town in Texas, near Austin, called Tow, pronounced “tau” (rhymes with Mao). So add “tow” and “Tow” to the list.
