I second that the Russian pole vaulter was incredible. Want to know another couple of teams that were surprisingly hot. Both the Dutch and Argentine field hockey teams had some very attractive women on them. A veritable smorgasbord of young blondes and brunettes. The striker (Garcia, I think) who scored the first goal for the Argentines was smoking hot. Sadly it was late at night and I can’t even recall what channel it was. ---

Years ago, when the woman soccer player ripped her shirt off in celebration of her team’s victory, I remember some people saying that it was a transparent cry for attention but I never really thought it was. This, on the other hand, seems like one to me. Don’t get me wrong. If I had seen the event, I’m sure I would have been as transfixed by the sight as every other guy in this thread and that picture **Maud’Dib** linked to \*is \* nice, but c’mon… that had to have been more rehearsed than the Superbowl Halftime Show. ---

The Chilean men who won the tennis gold in doubles (Gonzalez/Massu) collapsed on top of each other in almost identical fashion, so I’m not inclined to think anybody went and rehearsed something like this. 😛 ---

I’m not one for watching the Olympics (the only competition I’m really interested in is boxing), but I must say I’ve made an effort to see every one of Misty May’s games. She’s got a great butt and those Speedo’s she wears only accentuates it. And I love it that whenever she scores a point or makes a good play, her partner smacks her on it. Unfortunately I missed last night’s game. I think maybe it’s better, since it seems like it would have been a sensory overload. My wife finds it quite comical that I’ve become an ardent beach volleyball fan. ---
