# One thing Vista is better at...

Setting up WAMP that is. I downloaded the installer today on my new laptop and ran it. Right after installation everything was working just fine, no fine tuning, no installing .NET Framework, nothing! Wow!

I don’t think Vista is as bad as some people make it out to be. (at least so far, I’ve only had it on my laptop for a few days now)

I loaded vista in early january…still running that RC2 load now…been nothing but happy with it.

I run Vista on a $600 laptop and it’s plenty snappy and I’m generally happy with it as well.

Yep! I tried to install it on XP and had several problems. Worked “right out of the box” on Vista.
