Assuming we’d be allowed to pause the DVR for bathroom and snack breaks, I could watch a Mork & Mindy marathon. Even the second season when they had Fred and Grandma hit the road. They lost me during the original run when Robin Williams gave birth to Jonathon Winters. I regret having quit watching it, so I’ll watch just to see if I missed anything good. Anyway, Pam Dawber was sure easy on the eyes in the late 70s. ---

Unless I was allowed nap times, I’d be an obnoxious cheat and only watch shorter series: Spaced Slings and Arrows Firefly Wonderfalls The Adventures of Brisco County Jr If I could take naps I’d expand the criteria to include: Farscape Due South Tale Spin Northern Exposure (Trivia: Ed from Northern Exposure is the son of John Bly from Brisco County Jr!) Burn Notice Flashpoint Arrested Development Doctor Who, but only the new era. I love what I’ve seen of 1-7 (can’t remember much of what 8’s TV movie was like), but I haven’t seen enough of it to say yes or no. The Sarah Jane Adventures West Wing I think I’ve watched all of Spaced in one day before, but I took a break to eat food and might have napped. I watched most of Brisco County the day after Christmas a few years ago- “Santa” gave it to my whole family, and then I got really sick so I stayed in bed and watched it. ---

I could probably do Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared in one sitting. 35 or so episodes all of them I love, my wife might have a thing or two to say about my loafing around for that long, but it would be worth it. If I was single and had no life I could sit through a Farscape marathon. ---

A complete marathon? Damn few shows would make me want to sit in place for that many hours in a row. I might be willing to sit through six consecutive hours of _Fawlty Towers_ or _Clone High_ but even that would be pushing it. ---

Soap would be good, but better would be the BBC versions of John LeCarre’s _Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy_ trilogy, starring Alec Guiness as George Smiley. For some reason they have never been for sale in the US, and the only episode I saw was when I was in London. ---

Not only would I sit through a marathon of Ninja Warrior, I _have_. Lasted three days it did and I watched as many as I could stand. Which was about four hours in a row, then a short computer break, then another four hours of NW. Sleep, repeat. ---
