Three best teams I’ve seen so far: Holland, Portugal and Spain. Should they hold we could be looking at one of the best tourneys ever from a purely aesthetic view – quite the opposite from Portugal. :::gag::: ---

I’m really looking forward to tomorrow’s matches. It sounds like Viera will be back, and possibly Henry - France will step it up, I hope, because their last match was awful. Still backing Spain to take it, I think. ---

Italy not having much luck from the offside law. That disallowed goal against Romania should have stood. The guy who scored it was plainly onside and the other Italian was too, at the moment the pass was played. ---

I guess justice is done. Terrible howler by the Italian full back, followed almost immediately by Italy bundling a goal in to make it 1-1. I hope the rest of it won’t be the same as it was at 0-0. ---

I really don’t like the Italians, but i’m happy that spot kick was blocked. What a crappy call by the ref. ---

And that’s that. Romania’s doing well; Italy’s not; all is right in the world. Unless you’re a Norwegian ref, in which case you need glasses. Some very odd calls here. ---

Terrible refereeing. I’m no Italy fan, but I’m glad the pk was stopped as well. Italy got screwed here. ---
