I vote, from now on, we the philosopher kings of the internet (self-proclaimed) issue an edict where cancers can only happen to people we deem worthy of such and a long and vibrant debate. 'cause I’m sick of bad things happening to good people. Yes, 'tis always been so, but a man can get cranky after so much misery to _good_ people, while others get off with mere brain worms that die from starvation! Seriously though, @What_Exit - hoping for nothing for good things for you, and others who have/have upcoming treatments for themselves and their loved ones. ---

Whelp, I’m feeling pretty wiped out today. so I =guess it is a good thing I have two more days off before the third treatment. I kept waking up last night, every two hours or so with an urge to urinate. After the first one there wasn’t much, so hopefully that was a one off night. ---

If it is one night, no big deal. I know how much worse the old radiation treatments were. Incontinence was common, along with bloody stool. ---

Yeah, I took 20 hits of rad rx in a month for mine, and thank the gods for bidets and the fact that my home has plenty of bathrooms so I was never far from one. Even then I . . . oh, never mind. ---

I had forty four radiation treatments and then hormone blockade. I am just a bit over halfway for my medications. The side effects can be challenging. Also, I am not a big fan of the impotence which is front and center as the trigger for the depression listed among the side effects. I am in the gym every day working to keep the weight gain side effect at bay ---

Only 2, I finish Friday. I keep reminding myself how much better this is than in the past. But I do feel worn out at this point. I’ll get some more information on the follow-up on Wednesday. Hopefully it is just PSA testing. I have no clue honestly. ---

In my vicarious experience, the bounce back from radiation fatigue is pretty quick once they stop zapping you. As in a few days, not a few weeks. You’re in the home stretch of feeling lazy and wiped. ---
