I’d just say that your waist-to-hip ratio was 72%, but I’m nerdy like that.

Seriously, though, put whatever would be obvious upon seeing you. I don’t think I’d notice a ten-pound difference, so I’d just put you at normal weight, and include pictures that make it obvious what you mean.
