# Operation Rescue, Planned Parenthood, Trump, Republicans

Worse than that, I fear. Many Texans seem to take an almost perverse pride in not knowing any Spanish. For an instance, a main drag in Austin is named “Guadalupe”, a lovely word that rolls pleasingly across the tongue. The Texan insists on pronouncing it “Gwad-a-loop”. It is to cringe.

Many have cast their intellectual lures into the shallow pool of **Clothahump’s** mind only to reel in a boot, or a tin can, or a yellowing but only half-skimmed copy of _See, I Told You So_.

What do you call someone who speaks several languages? Multi-lingual. Someone who speaks two? Bilingual. Someone who only speaks one? American.

Election of Senators by State Legislatures permits them to apply gerrymandering to the one body not currently susceptible to it. (Michigan, for example, now has two Democratic Senators and overwhelming GOP legislature.)

Any other rationale is just window-dressing.
