# Opinion on Asian Customs

Could someone tell me about the accuracy of this?  
I was told this by an engineer who was working on a project with a Japanese firm.  
He said they will work hard to meet a delivery date, but if you change anything significant, your job goes to the bottom of the list and they think they have no need to meet the original date.
