Have any dopers used mini exercise bikes, where it’s essentially just the pedals and the wheel, and you provide your own chair? I don’t have room in my house for a treadmill or full-size stationary bike, so if this would provide cardiovascular exercise, it’d be great.

Here’s a typical one, if I’m not explaining it well:

Are any models good? Or are they all pretty much “as seen on TV” useless junk? If you answer, please include whether you’ve personally used one.

Thanks in advance.
