TD for West-by-God-Virginia! Did you catch[this one](http://deadspin.com/5872860/no-brad-nessler-west-virginia-is-not-a-city-in-virginia) last night? And all this time, I thought West Virginia was my home state, not city. ---

Righteous first half! It’s going to take some major effort from Clemson to get this game down to the nail-biter ending most of the other bowl games have had so far. It’s more likely to rival the Alamo Bowl for scoring, too. Bye-bye, College Football Belt? ---

As just mentioned (it’s 63-20) they’re (W.V.) going to eclipse Baylor’s 67 from last week’s Alamo Bowl here pretty soon. As an aside, who coached Baylor during some of those previous real lean years? Clemson’s coach tonight, Kevin Steele. With WV going to the Big 12 next year, it’s a shame RG3 won’t be around anymore. That would have been a good matchup. ---

Just curious: Is there a Tournament of Oranges Parade? You know, something that when it ends, people can say:\* “Great, we got that out of the way. What say we play a game of football to celebrate the fact that it’s over?”\* ---

70-33 Final. Boring as fuck for the last half, and wasn’t much better before that. Are these guys ever taught how to tackle? Good God. ---
